The iconic utility vehicle that revolutionized Spanish roads in the early 1970s evolves into a plug-in hybrid vehicle with autonomous driving functions, lightweight bodywork, intelligent lighting, high connectivity and an innovative interior adaptable to the environment. Coinciding with its fiftieth anniversary, students of the Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering at the University of Vigo have transformed the mythical and familiar Seat 124 into a sporty sedan that pays tribute to its predecessor by retaining the characteristic square headlights, but supported by the most advanced technology.
