This project consists of the design of mold carts to transport aluminum molds, whose maximum dimensions are 800x800x350mm, in a foaming line in carousel format.

The trolleys are also capable of opening and closing the mold to access it and collect the part resulting from foaming. The movement of the lid is made by a servomotor controlled by a driver that guarantees the correct operation and positioning of the upper lid of the mold. They are also equipped with a pneumatic cushion that guarantees the correct closing of the mold so that there is no foam leakage.

The great advantage of this trolley design is the easy handling of the operators when transporting the molds from one place to another, since it is a light trolley with reduced dimensions.
