This project consists of the design of a new sludge drainage station for LONZA BIOLOGICS.

The starting point was a rudimentary sludge drainage system, as can be seen in the pictures, where the operator manually changed the position of the hose directly above the container.

The new sludge drainage station consists of a mobile retractable dosing unit to facilitate the discharge of sludge into the desired compartment of any container. It includes an interchangeable plastic emptying cone for each type of container.
