As of April 16, 2013, RD 235/2013, of April 5, 2013, came into force, by which all homes, premises, buildings… to be rented or sold, must have an energy certification.

Our technical office, with Industrial Engineers, has technicians classified by the regulations as qualified to carry out these certifications, which allow us to determine the quality of a house from an energy saving point of view. The result of this certification is a report and an energy label that classifies the installations from A (very favorable) to G (very unfavorable).

In addition, our technicians detect those places where unnecessary expenses occur and propose optimal and feasible solutions to the owners to increase the quality of the house in terms of energy savings.

The energy certificate is valid for 10 years and is determined based on the year of construction of the house and the characteristics of the same, with an on-site visit of the facilities.
