{"id":3658,"date":"2022-10-21T10:03:30","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T10:03:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itera-t.es\/project\/roberto\/"},"modified":"2022-10-21T10:03:32","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T10:03:32","slug":"roberto","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/itera-t.es\/fr\/project\/roberto\/","title":{"rendered":"Roberto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Industrial <b>Robotised<\/b>System without fencing for use in<b>shared<\/b> <b>space<\/b>with <b>operators<\/b>) est un <b>projet <\/b><b>cofinanc\u00e9<\/b><b>par des fonds FEDER par le biais <\/b> du<b>Centre pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie industrielle<\/b>.<b> <\/b><b>(<\/b><b>CDTI<\/b><b>)<\/b><b> dans le cadre de l&rsquo;appel INNTERCONECTA<\/b> cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour promouvoir des projets de d\u00e9veloppement exp\u00e9rimental innovants r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par des consortiums d&rsquo;entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Au sein du consortium organis\u00e9 pour ce projet, dirig\u00e9 par la DGH, Itera T\u00e9cnica participe au <b>d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;outils multifonctionnels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des espaces de travail partag\u00e9s<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif principal de ROBERTO est le <b>d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre de technologies de d\u00e9tection et de contr\u00f4le destin\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des robots industriels \u00e0 haute vitesse et \u00e0 grande vitesse<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>capacit\u00e9 de charge, op\u00e9rant dans des zones partag\u00e9es non cl\u00f4tur\u00e9es<\/b>. ROBERTO<\/p>\n<p>partage l&rsquo;espace de travail avec les op\u00e9rateurs, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un concept de robot co-worker, avec des capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;interaction homme-robot pour faciliter la programmation des trajectoires par guidage manuel et avec des capacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9tection et d&rsquo;identification afin d&rsquo;augmenter la flexibilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;autonomie du fonctionnement du robot.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, l&rsquo;application de robots industriels sans cl\u00f4ture dans un environnement industriel est r\u00e9siduelle (pratiquement inexistante) car ils ne sont pas s\u00fbrs pour les op\u00e9rateurs et, par cons\u00e9quent, ces installations ne peuvent pas \u00eatre certifi\u00e9es du point de vue de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cependant, il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 une technologie de capteurs appropri\u00e9e qui pourrait \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e pour \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la conception d&rsquo;une cellule robotique industrielle dans un environnement partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, ROBERTO pr\u00e9sente les objectifs techniques suivants :<\/p>\n<p>1) D\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 active multi-niveaux adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de robots industriels \u00e0 grande vitesse avec une capacit\u00e9 de chargement dans un espace partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me robotique flexible qui peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9 \u00e0 un haut niveau d&rsquo;abstraction.<\/p>\n<p>3. d\u00e9velopper des outils multifonctionnels.<\/p>\n<p>4. d\u00e9velopper un nouveau syst\u00e8me de capteurs bas\u00e9 sur des capteurs \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt pour la d\u00e9tection et la localisation d&rsquo;op\u00e9rateurs\/objets pour une op\u00e9ration s\u00fbre dans un environnement partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agira :<\/p>\n<p>5.
