{"id":3570,"date":"2022-10-21T10:03:22","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T10:03:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itera-t.es\/project\/abylsen\/"},"modified":"2022-10-21T10:03:22","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T10:03:22","slug":"abylsen","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/itera-t.es\/fr\/project\/abylsen\/","title":{"rendered":"ABYLSEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet consiste en la reconception d&rsquo;un collecteur, le d\u00e9veloppement CAO et les calculs FEM.<\/p>\n<p>Les modifications suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es dans le cadre de la refonte :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire le volume de plastique dans certaines zones pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;effet de r\u00e9traction.<\/li>\n<li>Modifier la forme de la \u00ab\u00a0nervure\u00a0\u00bb (d\u00e9cal\u00e9e par rapport au diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur) pour ajouter de l&rsquo;acier dans la cavit\u00e9 afin de r\u00e9duire le volume.<\/li>\n<li>Augmentez l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur en m\u00eame temps que l&rsquo;injection, afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter la restriction du flux et les diff\u00e9rentes vitesses d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement, qui peuvent provoquer des lignes de soudure \u00e0 des endroits inattendus.<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur pour r\u00e9duire la restriction du flux d&rsquo;injection caus\u00e9e par une \u00e9paisseur in\u00e9gale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet consiste en la reconception d&rsquo;un collecteur, le d\u00e9veloppement CAO et les calculs FEM.
