{"id":3571,"date":"2022-10-21T10:03:22","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T10:03:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itera-t.es\/project\/abylsen\/"},"modified":"2022-10-21T10:03:23","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T10:03:23","slug":"abylsen","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/itera-t.es\/en\/project\/abylsen\/","title":{"rendered":"ABYLSEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project consists of the redesign of a collector, CAD development and FEM calculations.<\/p>\n<p>The following modifications were proposed in the redesign:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The need to reduce the volume of plastic in certain areas to avoid the shrinkage effect.<\/li>\n<li>Change the shape of the &#8220;rib&#8221; (offset to the inside diameter) to add steel in the cavity to reduce the volume.<\/li>\n<li>Increase the thickness along with the injection, to avoid flow restriction and different flow velocities, which can cause weld lines in unexpected places.<\/li>\n<li>Thickness increase to reduce injection flow restriction caused by uneven thickness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project consists of the redesign of a collector, CAD development and FEM calculations.
